包面的故事 ~ 家传之宝
Examples of motor cars that graced Australia’s roads in early years are illustrated on the Veteran and Vintage Cars stamps. The Thomson and Tarrant are veteran cars, meaning that they were built prior to December 1918. The Australian Six, the Summit and the Chic are described as vintage cars, having been built between December 1918 and December 1930. All five cars were produced in Australia. Both veterans were wholly Australian, whereas the three vintage cars utilized some imported components.
